Feast/Fast Experiment – Final 2 Weeks

In the final 2 weeks of my Feast/Fast experiment, I have really been able to tweak and fine tune my strategy in order to achieve the following –

  • Eliminate hunger pangs and cravings

  • Maximise training performance and recovery

  • Optimise body composition changes

  • Gain strength in the gym

  • Find a healthy eating approach that is sustainable long-term!

I am in the process of compiling my eating and training strategies into an ebook, which you all will be able to download, outlining in great detail the methods I’ve used to obtain the best looking and best performing physique of my life.

Included in the ebook will be my recommendations for –
